Last time I ordered,online it said it was for first time customers. This was my second time ordering and still charged a 9.99 service fee. My email receipt even said "loyal customer " on it.

After not successfully picking a delivery DATE while ordering online, I immediately called shop to change delivery date to Wednesday 8-23 only to just find out the flowers where delivered today. Very very disappointed and I paid $15 fee. Will not use you again.
